   <title>工具性互联网的&quot;终结&quot;(一)</title>

<p>前一篇文章《Google:在Social和Search之间分裂着》（<a href="http://yogar.blogbus.com/logs/128004526.html">link</a>）中说到Google+1对搜索结果条目的过多操作并不符合Google一直以来奉行的准则 "让用户尽快离开自己的网站"，有点意犹未尽，回头又在<a href="http://www.google.com/corporate/tenthings.html" target="_blank">Google的十条准则</a>中找到这一条读了一遍。</p>

<div>"让用户尽快离开自己的网站"是在这样的语境下说的：Google会为你提供尽可能快速的访问网站和执行搜索的体验，你能很快的找到想要的答案，然后离开。</div>
<div>不知道其他人怎么理解，我应该是误解了<span style="font-family: mceinline;">"让用户尽快离开自己的网站"的意思，Google只是强调速度，速度，并没有提及是否应该&ldquo;让用户一直停留在自己的网站上&rdquo;。</span></div>

<div><span style="font-family: mceinline;">然而&ldquo;让用户一直停留在自己的网站上&rdquo;却是一个有意思的话题，我以前写过两篇文章《<span style="white-space: normal;"><a href="http://yogar.blogbus.com/logs/63759961.html">网站：粘住用户还是让用户离开？</a>》和《</span><a href="http://yogar.blogbus.com/logs/63918992.html">社交媒体和社交游戏</a>》来探讨互联网向&ldquo;社交性&rdquo;方向不断的进化，纯粹工具性的互联网应用越来越少见了。</span></div>

<div><span style="font-family: mceinline;">&ldquo;纯粹工具性&rdquo;是指工具作为人的功能的延伸，比如自行车作为人行走功能的延伸，望远镜是人视觉功能的延伸。而这里的&ldquo;社交&rdquo;是指人利用互联网来进行社会交往的活动。社交其实也是基于互联网的工具属性来完成的，比如互联网互联互通的基本功能。由于&ldquo;社交&rdquo;是人的社会属性的一个重要体现，而人和其他动物的本质区别在于人的社会属性，因此相对于&ldquo;纯粹工具性&rdquo;活动，体现人社会属性的&ldquo;社交&rdquo;是一种更高级的活动。（注：social在英文中兼具"社交"和&ldquo;社会属性&rdquo;两层含义。）</span></div>

<div><span style="font-family: mceinline;">假设将互联网区分成工具性和社交性是合理的，那么从出现到现在，互联网的工具性逐渐淡出人们的视线范围，而社交性的互联网愈演愈烈。搜索引擎就是一个很好的例子。&nbsp;搜索引擎从一出现就被认为是一个典型的工具性应用，查询信息，得到结果，恰如打开开关，灯就亮了。从上面Google的准则&ldquo;<span style="white-space: pre-wrap;"><strong>Fast is better than slow</strong></span>&rdquo;，也可以看出Google对搜索引擎的工具性定位。作为一个擅长于推出工具性互联网应用（搜索，邮箱，地图，翻译...）的公司，Google在自己最重要的产品搜索引擎上也开始添加&ldquo;社交&rdquo;元素，让人不得不怀疑，工具性互联网是不是真的开始终结了，&ldquo;社交&rdquo;会成为互联网应用的标配吗？</span></div>

<div><span style="font-family: mceinline;">换一个角度来看，"互联网的工具性逐渐淡出人们的视线范围"，或许正说明互联网对人来说越来越重要了。只有重要的东西，人们才会忘记关注，因为早就成为生活必需品了。比如现在人们回家，第一件事情不会是去按开关，看有没有电，只有突然停电的时候，人们才意识到电的存在和重要性。工具性的互联网如同电力一样，悄悄躲到了人们生活的背后，成为人们默认的东西。</span></div>

老师的说法，在传统的分销体系，不同层级的批发商，能够拿到的零售价不同的折扣比例，是因为利用传统渠道，集结规模是需要消耗（大量）成本的，集结规模也能够创造价值，集结规模的价值属于<strong>渠道价值（Value of channel）</strong>
。团购网站<strong>最初</strong>
创造的价值就是渠道价值，它的竞争对手是传统的分销渠道体系，它的使命就是让<strong>形成规模的消费需求</strong>
以合理的价格找到供给。</span>

<div><span style="font-size: 14px;">互联网技术的使用让消费者的聚集成本极大降低，但同时团购的进入门槛也非常低，团购网站必须建立广为人知的品牌，良好的服务，才能在竞争中取得有利位置。有意思的是，团购网站在大量投放广告，营销宣传上支付的巨额成本，很大程度上&ldquo;抵消&rdquo;了互联网技术的使用节省下来的成本。由此可见，一个成功的<strong>渠道体系</strong>
的建立始终是要消耗大量成本的，不论是基于传统行业，还是利用互联网技术。</span>

。这个渠道，如果理解成<strong>销售渠道（sales channel）</strong>
，对于商家显然意义不大，但如果理解成<strong>营销渠道（marketing channel）</strong>
，就可以明白为什么商家会做&ldquo;赔本买卖&rdquo;了。团购网站可以帮助商家找到原来无法到达的消费者，甚至通过消费者的集中需求催生新的产品，这正是营销(marketing)的目的。</span>

<div><span style="font-size: 14px;">如果把团购平台看成是一个营销渠道，那么团购网站砸巨额资金请名人代言做广告，推广网站，其实是在提升自己作为营销渠道的吸引力，商家通过一家知名的团购网站就可以到达大量的消费者，间接为商家做了广告，节省了商家的营销费用。</span>

<div><span style="font-size: 14px;">如此，团购网站最终会成为新兴商家品牌展示，营销的场所，或者成为现有品牌商家玩折扣营销的平台。甚至可以这样理解，团购网站是以折扣体验为主要策略的营销平台，其竞争对手最终或许是广告公司，或者是传统媒体的广告部门。。</span>

<div><span style="font-size: 14px;">记得四五年前，以UGC为特征那一拨Web2.0浪潮兴起的时候，通过用户产生的内容挖掘人和人的共同兴趣，正是很多网站努力的方向，只是大多数网站以失败告终，存活下来屈指可数，比如豆瓣。现在去豆瓣，你很容易发现所谓&ldquo;兴趣图谱&rdquo;的痕迹：各种兴趣小组，&ldquo;豆瓣猜&rdquo;，豆瓣电台等等，都是体现了人和人共同兴趣的线索。豆瓣通过几年的努力，把这些技术锤炼得炉火纯青，但在微博如日中天的今天，豆瓣这样的网站显然不再是&ldquo;宠儿&rdquo;了。</span>

<span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial; color: #000000; background-color: transparent; font-weight: normal; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;">Facebook试图建立&ldquo;人的互联网&rdquo;，Open Graph的目标是提供人和人之间的关系图谱，这是一个非常伟大的构想。Facebook Open Graph的商业价值在于它能够实时的收集用户的&rdquo;网络行为数据&rdquo;，如Like, Recommend等，这样的数据汇聚成整个互联网的&ldquo;兴趣图谱&rdquo;（Interest Graph）。&ldquo;兴趣图谱&rdquo;的商业价值至少有两点：在宏观层面为广告主指明公众的注意力在哪里，消费的热点在哪里；在微观层面，用户的每一个Like或Recommend都会显示给Facebook好友，起到口碑传播的作用。</span>

<span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial; color: #000000; background-color: transparent; font-weight: normal; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;">以上情况其实在SNS的使用中非常常见，现实中的人在不同的社会关系中扮演着不同的角色，而作为现实中的人的映射，由SNS账户所创建维持的&rdquo;虚拟人&ldquo;，并没有区分人的不同角色，而是把所有的社会关系一视同仁的放在同一个篮子里面。于是你以&rdquo;私人身份&ldquo;like的内容，可能会默认的展示在所有人面前，其中包括同事，老板，同学，网友等等，这显然并不是你想要的效果。如果你在点每一个Facebook Like之前都要担心这样的问题，那么你使用Like按钮的积极性肯定会下降，当所有人都因为无法控制&rdquo;谁能看到我的Like&ldquo;而犹豫不决时，Open Graph的价值就大打折扣，这就是Facebook Open Graph的&rsquo;bug&rsquo;。</span>

的开篇案例，而&ldquo;定时炸弹&rdquo;的情形在一些电影电视剧里可见。&ldquo;电车难题&rdquo;和&ldquo;定时炸弹&rdquo;构建的都是一个人要从两种不道德行径中进行选择的伦理问题，面对想

2）和4），&ldquo;定时炸弹&rdquo;的3）。也就是说对你进行的任何&rdquo;道德审判&ldquo;都是基于你有恰到好处的知识或常识，同时也能正常的获取现场即时的信息。假设，&ldquo;电
车难题&rdquo;中如果你是个盲人+聋哑人，或者你是个傻子（不知道电车失控了），难道还需要承担和正常人一样的责任吗？&ldquo;定时炸弹&rdquo;中如果你不懂倒计时的含义，

息过载（information 
overload）是互联网出现之后才变成一个普遍现象的。同时接触太多的信息，接入超过自己需要，超过自己处理能力的信息，并且这些信息的真实性无法验
证，随时可能被错误信息误导，可以被称为信息过载。据说信息过载的后果是&ldquo;信息麻木&rdquo;，&ldquo;新闻麻木&rdquo;，&ldquo;敏感词麻木&rdquo;等等。</span><br /><br /><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial; color: #000000; background-color: transparent; font-weight: normal; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline;">如果你被曝露在信息的海洋，正遭遇信息过载，你可能会遇到以下两种情况：</span><br /><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial; color: #000000; background-color: transparent; font-weight: normal; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline;">一）你认定自己知道得太多了，也就是说你认为自己接入到足够多的信息当中，这么多的信息尽管都很新鲜，刺激，但是你已经处理不过来了。那么恭喜你，你除了信息过载,可能也会遭遇&ldquo;道德过载&rdquo;(morality overload)。因为按照上面的推论，</span><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial; color: #000000; background-color: transparent; font-weight: bold; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline;">你被认定（自己认定也是&ldquo;被认定&rdquo;）知道的越多，那么你承担的道德责任可能就越大。</span><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial; color: #000000; background-color: transparent; font-weight: normal; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline;">这

迁办，城管大队攻城掠寨的战斗事迹，或者各种人间杯具百花齐放争相上演，好比&ldquo;电车难题&rdquo;里那个疯子和失控的电车的事情天天要你做出选择，你每获取到一条
杯具信息时都要拷问自己的良心，但是从来没有伸出手改变过什么,这就是&ldquo;道德过载&rdquo;。&ldquo;道德过载&rdquo;的后果是&ldquo;道德麻木&rdquo;，&ldquo;道德麻木&rdquo;的后果....能让
